Does Dockside Have an Outfall?

Dockside Green has its own waste water treatment plant.  During the Feb 18, 2015  CAWLMC the Seaterra Project Director said that Dockside does not have an outfall.

Here is a picture showing the outfall.  The location where reclaimed water is discharged directly into the inner harbour.
